Author's Notes | I grew this for the first time in 2022. It is harvested by removing the clusters of leaves in the axial of the leaves. Much like broccoli, the leaf clusters are looser. Tastes good, either raw, roasted, or sauteed. It can be harvested continually as the clusters get large enough. Have harvested into November. The taste is a mild blend between the parents. |
