Author's Notes
I have seen this plant only a few times at different gardens. One thing that is apparent to me, is the color of the foliage greatly varies from site to site. Likes it moist, cool with enough sun to bring out the foliage color. Not a plant for the hot dry areas. One year the leaf edges where brown, I assumed it was from a late frost.
