Cultivar Origin
Vinca Bowles was discovered by E. A. Bowles (1865 - 1954), in the 1920's growing in a cemetery in France.
Author's Notes
I have found in semi-shade moist conditions Vinca is a very fast spreader. In hot dry conditions much slower.
